Welcome to OrganizeEmail. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OrganizeEmail application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (or have valid parental consent) to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 13.
2. Description of Service
OrganizeEmail is an AI-powered email organization application built on the Gmail API using read-only access. Core features include smart categorization, email analysis, summaries, and productivity assistance without modifying user emails.
OrganizeEmail does not store Gmail message bodies or attachments on its own servers. Data is processed securely and transiently as described in the Privacy Policy.
2.1 Beta / Experimental Features
From time to time we may offer features marked as Beta, or Preview. Such features are provided
“as is”, may change or be discontinued at any time, and are not included in any SLA.
Your feedback helps us improve them.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You must authorize read-only access using a valid Google Account (OAuth 2.0).
- OrganizeEmail never sees or stores your Google password.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Send unsolicited or commercial spam, phishing content or malware using the Service.
- Abuse Google’s or OrganizeEmail's rate limits, attempt to scrape, reverse‑engineer or probe our infrastructure.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws, export regulations, or privacy statutes.
- Upload or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent user data. Email content is not permanently stored on our servers.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, the Service is discontinued, or as required by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrganizeEmail shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

OrganizeEmail(“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our services. By using OrganizeEmail, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information required to deliver and improve OrganizeEmail.
1.1 Email Metadata
- Sender, recipient, timestamp, and subject line
- We do not store the body of your emails
1.2 Usage Data
Anonymous information such as feature usage, settings, and crash data used strictly to improve reliability and performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- AI assistance for summarization, categorization, and priority alerts
- Customer support and issue resolution
We never sell personal information and never use your data to train AI models.
3. Data Security
- Isolated production environments and hardened pipelines
- Yearly penetration tests and continuous vulnerability scanning
If a security incident affects personal data, we will notify affected users without undue delay and regulators within 72 hours where required.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share data except:
- Trusted service providers under strict confidentiality
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, or asset sale)
5. Data Lifecycle & Retention
- Email messages & attachments: accessed in read-only mode and not stored or modified
- Application logs
- OAuth tokens: encrypted and revoked on account deletion
6. Third-Party Sub-processors
We are not using any third pary processors as of now. If used, will be notified.
7. AI Data Handling
- Requests encrypted in transit
- No plaintext written to disk
- No AI training on your data
- Zero-retention endpoints where supported
8. Your Privacy Rights
Under GDPR and similar laws, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time.

9. OAuth Scope Transparency
OrganizeEmail uses Google OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication and requests the following Gmail API scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly
- This scope allows read-only access to email metadata and message content.
- The application cannot send, delete, modify, or move emails.
- No changes are made to the user’s Gmail account.
Users may revoke OrganizeEmail’s access at any time from their Google Account security settings.
10. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies and consent-based analytics only. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
11. Children’s Privacy
OrganizeEmail is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
13. International Transfers
Data is processed in India, with strong technical and organizational safeguards.
